Selling lobster at Bath beach

Bath beach is one of my favourite spots in Barbados, one of the less well-known gems that tends to attracts Bajans rather than tourists. The waves can be big, but the water’s warm and there’s plenty of shade.

After we’d had a dip, around 3pm, some fishermen came and displayed the octopus, fish and live lobsters they’d caught that afternoon, ready to weigh and sell to the locals enjoying a relaxed afternoon at Bath.
